Mid-West New Mexico Community Action Program is Hiring a Custodian Near Socorro, NM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Clean offices, classrooms, bathrooms, hallways and empties trash in all areas, including any garbage containers.
2. Keeps facilities in reasonable repair by performing routine maintenance, such as painting and minor repairs.
3. Must keep walkways clear of debris, snow and ice.
4. Maintain grounds in a neat and orderly condition.
5. Sweeps, mops, polishes and strips floors.
6. Dust and/or polishes furniture, blinds and equipment.
7. Stocks assigned areas with appropriate supplies.
8. Must be able to read English in order to ensure that all chemical handling is conducted in compliance with OSHA standards.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be a citizen of the United States or have legal papers to work in the United States.
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
